The Randall University Men's Basketball team is set to tip off the 2025–26 season on Friday, October 24th, when they travel across town to take on Oklahoma City University. The Saints enter the year under new leadership, as Head Coach George Milsap takes the helm of the program.
Coach Milsap brings a new level of grit, discipline, and intensity to the Saints, emphasizing excellence both on and off the court. A poised and experienced competitor, Milsap looks to build a culture rooted in toughness, accountability, and unity. Assisting him is Coach Jaxson White, now in his second season on staff, who provides strong basketball insight and a sharp eye for detail—especially in film breakdown and scouting reports that prepare the team for every opponent. Joining the staff this season is Eli Riley, a Randall alumnus who graduated last year and now steps into a coaching role to continue his Saints legacy.
The team is led by four captains who set the tone for leadership and effort: seniors Kainan Ryan, Cooper Gudell, and Braxton Peterson, along with junior guard Blestin Miller, who has emerged as the voice of the team. Returning to the floor is Koby Reed, entering his third year at Randall and returning as the team's leading scorer. Redshirt freshman Jaden Palmer-Perkins is also back and looking to make a major impact after a year of development.
This year's roster is a balanced mix of 6 returners, 7 transfers, and 2 freshmen, creating a deep and competitive group. Among the newcomers are standout sophomore transfers Cornelius Tembo, Strahinja Krstic, and Anthony Garrett-Towns, all of whom followed Coach Milsap from Barclay College. Martagus "TJ" Newton, another addition from Barclay, is redshirting this season and will continue to develop his game under the Saints' system.
The Saints also welcome three key transfers who bring collegiate experience to the lineup: Carson Thomas from NCAA Division II Oklahoma Christian University, Colton Sydnes from NCAA Division II Southern Nazarene University, and Levi Steele, a junior college transfer from Arkansas State University–Mid South. All three are positioned to be major contributors for the Saints this season.
Rounding out the roster are promising freshmen Jaiden Thomas and Cameron Hainrihar, who have already made strong impressions and are expected to make an immediate impact in their first collegiate season.
With new energy, renewed focus, and strong leadership across the board, the Saints are ready to open a new era of Randall Basketball. Under Coach Milsap's direction, the team looks to set the tone early, build momentum, and compete for a championship as the 2025–26 season gets underway.
